The Plate Pack Service allows customers to purchase an additional set of plates and gaskets as a spare plate pack. Our highly experienced team can then quickly replace the existing, dirty plate pack with the spare set, minimizing the time required for on-site service and reducing equipment downtime.
After the replacement, the removed plates and gaskets are thoroughly cleaned and inspected according to our service procedures, including leakage testing where required. Once the service process is complete, the cleaned plate pack is returned to the customer and can be kept as a spare for future maintenance or emergency situations.
This solution helps ensure longer operating periods with minimal downtime while providing customers with a readily available spare plate pack when needed.
