Plate Heat Exchanger (PHE) is a heat transfer equipment designed to transfer heat between two fluids. It consists of multiple metal plates arranged in a series, which act as the heat transfer medium. The two fluids flow through separate channels without coming into direct contact or mixing with each other.
The Plate is designed with a corrugated pattern to increase the heat transfer surface area and promote turbulent flow. This allows the Plate Heat Exchanger to achieve efficient heat transfer while maintaining a compact design and requiring less installation space compared to the heat transfer area provided.
